  3. IBID. List Maker is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  4. Peter Neuendorffer.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  5. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  6. treaty provisions.

  8. Peter Neuendorffer grants you a limited license to use this software
  9. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you
  10. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period,
  11. you MUST make a registration payment to Peter Neuendorffer.

  13. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  14. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  15. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  16. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  23. without further permission...; This software may only be altered in
  24. the following two cases: To insert a reasonable advertisement in the
  25. comment section of the ZIP file; to change the compression format to
  26. another technical standard. Any distribution satisfying all the
  27. distribution requirements expressed in that data record is hereby
  28. authorized.

  30. Permission to distribute the IBID. List Maker package is not
  31. transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor
  32. wishing to distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms
  33. of this limited distribution license.

  36. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  37. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  38. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of

  40. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
